One of South America Mission's (SAM) many ministries around South America is SAMAIR-Peru. SAMAIR-Peru is an aviation service focused on partnering with mission agencies and the national church to evangelize and disciple people groups in remote areas of eastern Peru by providing safe, efficient, and affordable air transportation.
And then he said...

"Congratulations! You are a CFI!" Wow, I knew then that all the training from the last two months had paid off. I can't express what weight was lifted from my shoulders, but as Elise says, she hadn't seen me this stressed about something for a while. But even in the midst of forgetting why I was doing all of this, God showed Himself to me by reminding me through the training and through my family what was really important and why we were choosing to do this.

This certificate will allow me to be a better pilot on the mission field, giving me the tools to evaluate and change what I need to when I make mistakes. It allows me to be a part of our teams need to evaluate one another and give each other constructive criticism when its needed on the field - No man is an island. It also allows me to cover as a check pilot when my colleagues go home on furlough. In short, this certificate gives me another tool to use in a place where tools are in short supply.

What else did God do? He increased our support in a time when we were feeling so buried in work that we didn't have time to intentionally seek it out. God was watching out for us!
